Our agency offers for rent an apartment located a few meters from the beach, in a building in Arinaga. It is located on the main floor at street level.

It is available from now until June, for a minimum stay of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Only for 2 retired people. Pets are allowed. Includes water and electricity costs.

The apartment consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Next to service areas such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach avenue, school, and bus stop.

*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

** To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's deposit will be required (to be returned within the legal time frame, after having handed over the property to the owner, provided that the condition of the property is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met).
