Our agency offers an apartment in a quiet area of ​​the Loma Dos development.

It is available for a stay of 6 months with expenses included in the price up to 50 euros. It has a maximum capacity of 2 people. Pets are not allowed.

It consists of a spacious living room with large windows, two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.

Close to service areas such as supermarkets, schools, shopping centre, pharmacy, gas station and a short drive from the beach.

*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

** To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month deposit will be required (to be returned within legal deadlines, after having handed over the home to the owner, as long as the condition of the same is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
